Mailman's
bin/list_members --nomail=bybounce LISTNAME
is the preferred way. If you don't have command line access to the server, the script at <http://www.msapiro.net/scripts/mailman-subscribers.py> can give the same result by screen scraping the web admin membership list. Read the beginning of the script for usage information.
