ISP Policies: Maintaining a clean reputation and getting the configurations right

Greetings,
While we've managed to master keeping our reputation clean on CBL and Spamhaus, we're now getting pushback from the ISPs, critically, the older ones like earthlink.net, yahoo.com, and a few other similar ones.
Not long ago, I had some issues regarding AOL; a list respondent was very helpful. Here is a link covering most of the major ISPs:
