Dear all,

Is there a way to customize the layout of "Confirm subscription request" page? Once can customize General subscription page, confirmation page which appears after you press subscribe and the options page. However, it does seem that "Confirm subscription request" page is somewho built on the fly.

What do I need to do to make sure it receives similar layout/formatting than the rest of the pages?
