You have some sort of relay things set up. You need to make sure in your access database that localhost or your mailing list servewr can submit messages.

Solved!
I just got it to work.
- I removed the link to wrapper in /etc/smrsh and replaced it with a script that has the following:
#! /bin/sh /home/mailman/mail/wrapper $@
- I added the following to /etc/mail/relay-domains
prospace.org 172.
Not sure which of these does the trick, but it works!
Thanks to all who helped. Sendmail 8.9.3-10 has been a barnburner of a time trying to get working... And who said upgrades made things better?
