Is there a way for me as administrator to set up a direct link so those that want to be deleted from our mailing list can do so?

Set the list's Non-digest options -> personalize to Yes and add something like
Unsubscribe: %(user_optionsurl)s
to Non-digest options -> msg_footer
If you don't see the personalization settings on the Non-digest options page, the site admin will have to add
OWNERS_CAN_ENABLE_PERSONALIZATION = Yes
to mm_cfg.py or the site admin can set personalize for your list only via config_list or withlist.
