Subscribe without Account is missing
Hello,
I'm list admin of "bit-dev" on python.org and wonder if I can set this up myself or if this need be concerned by the server admin. I want to have my users subscribe to a list without creating an account at python.org first.

See as an exmaple about "bit-dev" https://mail.python.org/mailman3/lists/bit-dev.python.org/ There is no way to subscribe to that list without creating an account first.
It is the same at your own list https://mail.python.org/mailman3/lists/mailman-users.python.org/
Can I modify this or is this the mail servers admin responsibility?

The presence of the anonymous subscribe form on the list's info page is controlled by a site wide setting. This is set to not show the form for python.org lists because it was heavily abused to maliciously subscribe third parties.
