is there a way to have the list password emailed to yourself?

Is there a way to have the administrator password mailed to yourself?
Since the ISP was hit by the hurricane I haven't been able to get on -- it says 'sorry, wrong password' and the ISP isn't taking care of the problem for me. If there was an option for the list administrator to mail their password to themselves if they forgot it -- or had problems -- they could get it again.
Sending monthly password reminders to the list administrators is not a bad idea, either. Especially if you hand off a list to a moderator and they change the password and forget to tell you.

Go to the your personal settings page and click the "send me my password" link.
Or, if you're the admin, go to THEIR settings page, and click the "send me my password" link :-). It'll still send it to the same place, i.e., them.
You can send out the monthly reminders whenever you want by running ~mailman/cron/mailpasswds. Or look at the code and steal from it to create some personal hybrid.

Not right now... Although modifying mailpasswds to do admins would probably be simple.
The theory is that the site admin would just go in and force a new password using the site password, which, in your case, isn't working...
