I have version 2.1.4 and there is no bounce option section described in the managers docs. There is bounce processing. It appears that bounce messages are discarded. How do I change this so I can get them?

The Bounce Processing page in the web administaration interface is fairly self explanitory.
Note that the individual bounce messages are not normally delivered to you unless they are "unrecognized". Only the ones that result in a disable or unsubscribe are sent, and all these are "optional".
