The issue is that only employees of member companies shall be able to join any of the mailing lists.
In the first step we approve only subscriptions with email accounts from a member company. Someone with a subscription can then later on change his mail address to one of another company that might not be a member company of our organization. We would like to approve such changes or disable this option.
