At least with default settings, there is a cumulative archive mailbox on the Mailman server at archives/private/LISTNAME.mbox/LISTNAME.mbox. This is accessible via the web at a URL like http://example.com/mailman/private/LISTNAME.mbox/LISTNAME.mbox.

Once you have that mailbox, importing it to an Office 365 group is a question for Microsoft.
