access to our mailing list
Hello,
We have been using mailman for a number of years for our local group of Amnesty International. We access the mailing list through the link http://mailman.amnestygroup81.be/cgi-bin/admin/ai-members
However, lately, we get an error 404 when trying to open the link. We can still send emails successfully, but since we can't access the administrator page we can't add or delete members, nor approve messages sent by members that are not administrators (though we still get the mails from mailman asking us to log on to approve them)
Can you help?
Many thanks Peter Hopkins

Your hosting service has apparently made some changes. Their installation appears to be somewhat broken in that the overview page can be found at http://mailman.amnestygroup81.be/cgi-bin/mailman/admin but the link to your list on that page which is the above link is broken. However, both of the following links appear to work:
http://mailman.amnestygroup81.be/mailman/admin/ai-members
http://mailman.amnestygroup81.be/admin/ai-members
You can reach the admin login page at one of the above URLs, and I think you can log in. You can reach the moderator pages by substituting 'admindb' for admin' in the above URLs.
However, once you get to those pages, links on the pages and submit buttons may not work.
The host needs to fix it's configuration by making sure that DEFAULT_URL_PATTERN is set correctly in mm_cfg.py and then runnung fix_url to update lists. The FAQ at <http://wiki.list.org/x/mIA9> has more information on this.
