mimemsg['From'] = mlist.GetRequestEmail()

and

rfc1153msg['From'] = mlist.GetRequestEmail()

to

mimemsg['From'] = formataddr(mlist.description, mlist.GetRequestEmail())

and

rfc1153msg['From'] = formataddr(mlist.description, mlist.GetRequestEmail())
