Question about confirming each email for one subscriber
Hi
We have a member who is very computer / email illiterate & continually sends emails that should not get through
to the group as a whole.
Is there a setting that could be made so her emails always come to the listkeepers first?

Sure: Put that user’s account in moderation.

Easy to do - check the "mod" (for "moderate") box next to their name on the member list, and set the list so moderated messages are held for review under Privacy options... > Sender filters > member_moderation_action.
