Hi, Thnaks to those who helped eralier. Your suggestions helped get the list owner aliases into the /etc/aliases file.
I'm still having trouble understanding this though. When I create a list (./newlist -o /etc/aliases new_list) aliases ar created as follows:
new_list "|/home/mailman/mail/wrapper post new_list" new_list-admin "|/home/mailman/mail/wrapper mailowner new_list" new_list-request "|/home/mailman/mail/wrapper mailcmd new_list" new_list-owner new_list-admin
Should the user new_list-admin be created locally or can it be any valid email address? I have added new_list-admin which accepts mail ok, but what about new_list-request and new_list? Should these be added manually? Should they be created when the list is created? Is there something I have to reconfigure woth wrapper to get this working?
My system is Debian 4.5 and Postfix version unknown
Thanks in advance for your help and patience

"new_list-owner" etc are no real users, but only mail-aliases. so every mail that is sent to such "user" will be piped throug the mailman-wrapper and sent accordingly

Hello,
When I edit the code for "Subscrition Results Page" there are some given Mailman fields like <MM-Results>.
Is there a possibility to access the list of these Mailman fields that we can use?
Best regards, Mihail Tsagidis

Hello,
I want to change the text for the <MM-Result> field.
The List is administered by our service-provider, but the tech-personal have no clue how to do that.
Maybe you can point me in some direction, where we have to make the changes. I think, this is a file somewhere that we have to edit only, isn't it?
Thanks for any help, Mihail Tsagidis

Hello,
I am setting up a mailman list that will be only a newsletter. So the subscribers should not be able to sent mail to the list.
Therefore I have checked to YES the option "Must posts be approved by an administrator?". Is this the right way if you want to set up the list as a newsletter? best regards, Mihail Tsagidis

Hello,
I want to use the mailman list as a newsletter.
How can I sent personalized Mail to the list. What we want to achieve is that within the mail appears the E-Mail Adresse of the recipient, like "Dear Subscriber. You have subscribed with E-Mail Address <E-Mail Address > to this list...."
Can someone point me to the right direction?
Thanks, Mihail Tsagidis
