@satya/@vinay - if I understand properly, is it same as preparing a "branding guidelines for pycon"?. 

If yes, then we are one the same page. And in this thread, we are looking for creating it in context of

videos we publish.

media kit is term used for a bouquet of information to which one expects to be printed or covered in there respective media. Most of the time its a well written document with information about the event , it can be a video as well.
