PyDelhi has always been a community effort. Our meetups are run by volunteers and we operate as a non profit group.

Our current goal is to reach $100 per month. This helps us cover basic meetup costs. If we raise more, we can invest in things that improve the community experience such as:

• Recording equipment for talks
• Coworking spaces or paid venues when needed
• Special community activities

Transparency is important to us. Anyone in the community can ask how the funds are used, and once we start receiving enough support we will also publish the spending publicly.
