Hi All, Yesterday, in the meeting which started at 19:30 IST, we discussed further action points for PyDelhiConf 2023. Here are the action items: • Fix wordings on CFP (small) • Mail to Sponsors to be done by Monday. – Quanon and Animesh • Announce CFPs via Social Media weekly. Can be in the form of a countdown. – Pulsar17 • Remove Supported By section and update Hosted By to Github – Animesh • Rishabh (stalwart) to be handed location data for meetups by Swastik • Social media post to be designed for call for sponsors – Daksh • Maintain a list of possible sponsors and people who are in contact with them. Along with updates. • Start the task of reaching out and communicating with potential sponsors. • Writeup for CFP Announcement • Share on tweet, Facebook, LinkedIn; refer to previous points • Announce CFP, link to the page.
