What should remain on PyPi

Hi All, I just got through deleting a bunch of pre-releases on PyPi and it occurred to me that we should have a policy as to what releases should be kept. I think that reproducibility requires that we keep all the major and micro versions, but if so, we should make that an official guarantee. Perhaps a short NEP? This might even qualify for an SPEC. Thoughts? Chuck

I am getting an error in anaconda jupyter notebook, I am unable to solve. please help me.

This is the error i am getting when trying to execute import numpy as np File E:\anaconda3\Lib\site-packages\pandas\_libs\interval.pyx:1, in init pandas._libs.interval() ValueError: numpy.dtype size changed, may indicate binary incompatibility. Expected 96 from C header, got 88 from PyObject

‘np.ldexp’ exists mainly for compatibility with the C/C++ functions ldexp, ldexpf, ldexpl, which are defined for float/double/long double. Hi, I made the second PR for full wheel with openblas. It is reviewed, but solution with openblas is not good enough, so I am investigating alternate options for cross compiling openblas. While I am working on this I have one question about the wheel without OpenBLAS. As the job is now created on the main it can be triggered manually and the produced wheel can be used for publishing to PyPi. I'm wondering what the next steps are with this build. I want to contribute to numpy but when I open the C I get alot of errors the most notable one it doesn't know what Python.h is not detected I am looking at the contributing documentation but there doesn't seem to be anything about setting up an Text editor or IDE there is the section Setting up and using your development environment but as I understand this section is just about how to setup testing for numpy not about my problem what do I need to setup
