[Numpy-discussion] Setting up a "newcomers" label on the issue tracker ?

Hi, Would anybody mind if I create a label "newcomers" on GH, and start labelling simple issues ? This is in anticipation to the bloomberg lab event in London this WE. I will try to give a hand to people interested in numpy/scipy, David
