[Numpy-discussion] r4730 broke numpy in maskedarray branch

Stefan, The renaming of concatenator to AxisConcatenator in r4730 in the maskedaray branch needs to be propagated into ma/extras.py; I don't know whether there are other places that similar changes are needed. As it stands, after 4730, numpy cannot be imported. Eric
