Use gfortran instead of gcc when you link. gfortran knows what to do (and don't put -lgfortran in there). Something like this I think: gfortran -o whatever.pyd -shared cobj.o fobj.o -lmsvcr90 -lpython27 (Or just do whatever f2py does on Windows, it's mixed C and Fortran as well, and works with gfortran.)
