rietveld and gerrit are code review tools. I have not heard of phabricator, but this article certainly makes it sounds interesting: http://www.readwriteweb.com/hack/2011/09/a-look-at-phabricator-facebook.php There is a quite complete command line interface, arcanist, and if done right, having code review and bug tracking integrated together sounds exciting.
