Although it is also worth saying that I would have thought it is reasonable to ask about general numpy-related infrastructure here.
Their respective support lines are the best places to get answers about those products, especially questions about their development roadmaps. Whether or not it is "reasonable" or on-topic to ask here, one won't get good answers here. -- Robert Kern
