Done.  If y'all are on linux, and you have pip >= 8.11,  you should
now see this kind of thing:

$ pip install numpy scipy
Collecting numpy
  Downloading numpy-1.11.0-cp27-cp27mu-manylinux1_x86_64.whl (15.3MB)

Collecting scipy
