
It takes someone making a build on Windows and putting the file on SourceForge. There is a Windows installer for 15.2, just not 15.3 yet. You can find it by looking at the full list of available releases.

Is there any place where one can get Windows binaries for NumPy, even if it's not the latest release? SourceForge only has source and Linux binary versions, and the LLNL site doesn't seem to exist any more.
