[Numpy-discussion] Developer Meeting, Berkeley, 30 Nov / 1 Dec

Hi everyone, On Friday 30 November & Saturday 1 December we will host a NumPy Development Meeting at the Berkeley Institute for Data Science. We will discuss the work being done on dtypes, review NEPs under implementation, and solicit feedback for updating the community roadmap.
