Wrapping up Google Season of Docs 2021

Hello, folks! As of today, our participation in the Google Season of Docs program for 2021 has ended. You can see the case study detailing the work done and some key results in the following link: https://github.com/numpy/numpy/wiki/Google-Season-of-Docs-2021:-NumPy-Case-S... There is one final tutorial in review, but overall the project has been successfully completed. I want to personally thank Mukulika Pahari for her hard work and excellent contributions. She was able to quickly produce relevant documentation on subjects that are not easy or simple. Well done! We hope you stick around and continue working with us :) I also want to thank Ross Barnowski for co-mentoring and all the other maintainers who helped with ideas and reviews and hope we can participate again next year. Cheers! - Melissa

Thanks for all the hard work so far Mukulika! From what I have seen - which I think is only a small part of everything you did - you did an amazing job! Cheers, Ralf

Hi Ralf, I'm writing an article about numpy types – something I haven't covered in the Numpy Illustrated. Would you please have a look to confirm I haven't written anything anti-climatic there? ;) https://medium.com/@levmaximov/numpy-data-types-8f62cb57ea83 Best regards, Lev On Wed, Dec 1, 2021 at 3:14 AM Ralf Gommers <ralf.gommers@gmail.com> wrote:

Thank you so much for being such cool mentors, Melissa and Ross! I had great fun working on this project and I'm happy my contributions were useful to the community. Also, a lot of appreciation for everyone who has helped build such a positive and inclusive community. Looking forward to learning more from all of you! Best wishes, Mukulika
