The MacOSX/x86 buildslave at buildbot.scipy.org is running universal gfortran. The output of gfortran -v -arch XX is: siegfried:~ barry$ gfortran -v -arch i386 Using built-in specs. I can also confirm that the universal build works on PPC and Intel.
