The PSF board meeting minutes from 29th July are now available online at [1].
There were 10 directors present, and 1 sent in proxy vote. Kurt Kaiser
(Treasurer), Betsy Waliszewski (Event Planner and Administrator), Mark Mangoba
(IT Manager), and Ewa Jodlowska (Director of Operations) were also present in
the meeting.
PSF-Grants Working Group sent in changes relates to membership of the working
group, which got approved by the board. You can read more about the changes in
[2]. HostingFacts.com was also approved as a Bronze Sponsor of PSF.
