Hi Dusan - Good question so I will reply-all in case anyone else has that question. There are no prerequisites to run for the PSF board. It certainly doesn't hurt to be a PSF member in some capacity though! The nomination form will open May 6th and will be accessible via https://www.python.org/nominations/elections/.
