Hey Sean -

I reached out to Christian and he says that they haven't yet received an intro from your sales team for PyCon 2017.

If it helps, last year we worked with Carmen Kuncz.

Great! I just peeked in SalesForce and Builder and you guys should be good to go. The premium guide credit has been assigned to the PyCon Organization and you guys can start building right away.

Next Steps:
  1. Log into builder.guidebook.com with whatever credentials you had from last year.
  2. Switch contexts from that personal account into your Org.
  3. Start creating the PyCon 2017 guide (remember to do this within the Org).
  4. Go ahead and publish it using the credit that's in your account.
I forget if you also had "Professional Guide Building Services" coupled with this agreement. If so, reach out to Christian Stump (one of our Customer Success Associates who helped you last time) and coordinate content management with him.

Hit back if you have any questions!

Hi Sean -

Is now a good time to get started on our Guidebook for 2017?

We would like to use the same email address as last year: pycon-mobile-guide@python.org. This way all involved will get the notifications.

Best regards,

Ewa
