Hi Sean -
Is now a good time to get started on our Guidebook for 2017?
We would like to use the same email address as last year: pycon-mobile-guide@python.org. This way all involved will get the notifications.
Best regards,
Ewa Director of Operations Python Software Foundation Cell: 415-319-5237 <(415)%20319-5237>
Great! I just peeked in SalesForce and Builder and you guys should be good to go. The premium guide credit has been assigned to the PyCon Organization and you guys can start building right away.
*Next Steps: *
1. Log into builder.guidebook.com with whatever credentials you had from last year. 2. Switch contexts from that personal account into your Org. 3. Start creating the PyCon 2017 guide (remember to do this within the Org). 4. Go ahead and publish it using the credit that's in your account.
I forget if you also had "Professional Guide Building Services" coupled with this agreement. If so, reach out to Christian Stump (one of our Customer Success Associates who helped you last time) and coordinate content management with him.
Hit back if you have any questions!

Hi Christian -
We are beginning to work on our guidebook app for PyCon 2017. Sean suggested we reach out to you to get a customer associate assigned to our project. Can you help us with that?
Best regards,
Ewa Director of Operations Python Software Foundation Cell: 415-319-5237

Hi Ewa!
Hope all is well!
We actually haven't yet received an intro from our sales team for PyCon 2017. I would recommend reaching out to your sales Account Executive or Account Manager so they can't ensure each step in the client handoff process in completed.
