Hey Gabrielle! Please feel free to add your open space to the board, it sounds super fun! For the sound equipment, we don't have access to AV staff for the open spaces and that's something that I will take back to the team for future years. Feel free though to bring a bluetooth speaker or boom box for that open space though. PyCon Open Spaces Game Plan

Hi Trey, PyCon is fast approaching so I thought it would be good to come up with a general game plan for everyone. Would you be able to send some instructions to the team with regards to monitoring the Open Spaces board and uploading the images to the website? How often should we take a picture? I have no objections! One thing I noticed though is that the pens are Very thin, so I grabbed a couple sharpies from the staff area. From the distance that is used to capture the whole board it's already difficult to read. Hello! My name is Gabby and this year I'll be hosting the 'import antigravity' acro yoga space (for it's 5th year in a row!). I'd like to host it on Friday at 5pm in a large, open area. Cheers, Gabby
