Hello open spaces crew, Ewa needs decisions by March 15 for open spaces board, slides for the slide roll before each talk, and program/schedule suggestions. So Anna, Haley, Katia: I'd love your input on the below ASAP since we only have a couple days. Ernest said he can make our open spaces board photo page atus.pycon.org/os and he might be able to do it at pycon.us/os. We need to decide on one of those URLs. Here are my suggestions: 1. The open spaces board should include some large text noting that the board can be viewed on your phone also. I'm proposing: phone! See this board at http://us.pycon.org/os 2. The slide roll before each talk should include a slide about seeing the open spaces from your phone:

3. Printed program: Open space rooms and time blocks listed in the schedule and printed program with a big overlay on top of the room/time grid that says: the board I realize this might be a hard sell space-wise in the program. Ewa & Jackie, I'd love to hear your thoughts on whether this is possible. I can't remember what we did in the program the last couple years.
