FYI Ernest: I just tried to update the picture on that page to an image showing a helpful message but I received a 500 error.

It looks like I don't have access to edit that page (or I've forgotten

Hello Haley, I don't think there are instructions.
Just go to this website: https://pycon-openspaces-board.herokuapp.com/os/update Top left corner you can choose an image to upload. And it displays at the bottom. To view go to this: https://pycon-openspaces-board.herokuapp.com/os
