Re: [Pycon-openspaces] Volunteer co-chair for Open Spaces
Thanks Joel! We’ve had a few other folks reach out so we’ll be in touch with our decision by the end of February. —— You are appreciated. You are enough. You matter. You are not alone.

I do try to attend PyCon each year and except for 2017 have done so since 2013. So, yes, I do plan to attend 2020 and 2021.
I participated in several open spaces at PyCon 2018, more than I had in prior years, and really enjoyed it. While some talks are certainly not to be missed live, I found attending open spaces a significant reason I enjoyed the conference even more, having the chance to interact with more people.

Maybe you can answer a few questions:
* Are you planning to attend PyCon US 2020 + 2021? * Are you familiar with the Open Spaces concept?
Warm regards, Anna

I am interested in assisting with open spaces this year. Please let me know how I can help.
I’ve already registered for the conference.
Thanks!

It's great to hear you have had a lot of interest from others!
I'll still be happy to assist without an official title, if that enables an
awesome opportunity for someone else.
Soon, I'll have to extro-my-intro and be a session host. :-)
Kind regards,
