Anna and Haley: I agree that every 30 minutes might be too ambitious this year. I agree that updating every 60-120 minutes is probably fine (especially for the first year we're doing this).

What do you all think of me asking others if they'd be up for helping out as well and giving a few other trusted folks access via their GitHub accounts? Any objections to that?

I think taking a pic every 30 minutes might be a bit much and I don?t think it would be manageable. Every 1-2 hours should be fine. We could add a sentence to the website setting clear expectations of how often we will update the picture.

My availability will be limited as I will be staffing the Elastic booth, organizing the mental health Open Space, and participating in other events.
