I would like to submit a Planned Open Space <https://us.pycon.org/2023/events/open-spaces/#planned-open-spaces> proposal. I could not find anything on the Open Spaces page <https://us.pycon.org/2023/events/open-spaces/> about where to send requests, so I am sending it to this email. Please let me know if there is a better address to send this request too.
