...and to all who volunteered - as Greg says, it doesn't take much, but it really does enrich your conference experience.

You don't need to do it every conference (we run on about 10%, on site);
But do it eventually (you'll be glad you did!);
You don't need to do a lot (it all matters);
You can volunteer in pre-planning (even if you're not going);
You don't need to be perfect - it all works out.
