Thanks for this mailing list. As most of you know, I've been in a sort of lone-mourning cave (mom passed); Its been 3 months, but everyone I talk to says "it'll take 6+ months.

As for site launch, and updating the Volunteer page - thanks to whoever put the placeholder. I have been in touch w/ Rami, and we'll get to migrating the 2015 files and pages to 2016 (i.e. web pages and google-doc signups). I'll probably get to setting that up this coming weekend I hope. Since "Volunteering" slides for instructors are part of that, I'll share the directory with everyone on this mail list (including Brandon).

Rami will be stepping into the Volunteer coord. role, but I'll be present, participating.

I would prefer that no others be added to this list until you are all ready to launch sign ups for onsite volunteers. Going forward, I will clear this ML after every PyCon. I have put on the website/listinfo that onsite volunteer signup will begin February 2016[2]. I have also put up this email address on the website for those that may have questions before hand[3].

For those that are interested in *staff positions*, please have them email pycon-staff.
