GES, who is our decorator (people who setup the expo hall) will have bins by the tables and they will help put the stuffed bags behind the swag bag distribution area. They will create a draped off area for us to keep them there. They will also have staff there just in case you need help lifting or moving. They are there to make things easier on you all, especially during the swag bag setup time. Please use them - the last thing we need is someone getting injured :)
