Registration Desk on Tuesday has Moved (help needed)

All, Due to another conference in the Santa Clara convention center, the Registration Desk needs to be moved to out side Mission City just for Tuesday. We are printing up small signs, but we will also need some volunteers in the main lobby area looking for confused people whom find them selves at a different conference than the one they were expecting :-) For those helping out Tuesday (today), please check into the 200 offices (211) to get the latest information. -Doug

I can sit in the area if you don't find someone, ideally if there is a place I can continue working using my laptop in between. I am up in my room right now. Sent from my iPhone On Mar 12, 2013, at 11:26 AM, Douglas Napoleone <doug.napoleone@gmail.com> wrote:

Network is being set up right now. We have wireless in the 200 meeting rooms, and parts of the main lobby working right now, and more coming on line shortly. We do not need anyone for the registration desk until 2pm, and by then the entire area will have networking. -Doug On Tue, Mar 12, 2013 at 2:32 PM, Joel Garza <joelgarzatx@me.com> wrote:

I paid for Hyatt wifi if it will work there in the meantime. I can head over that way in an hour after I finish a meeting. Joel On Mar 12, 2013, at 11:45 AM, Douglas Napoleone <doug.napoleone@gmail.com> wrote:

Bit late on my reply but for others, really other than an IHOP, your only options without a car are the hotel restaurants in the Hyatt and Hilton. If you don't mind taking an hour to get there, the light rail in front of the conference center will take you to downtown San Jose, which as many more options. --Noah On Mar 12, 2013, at 7:04 PM, Alex wrote:

Or take the light rail in the other direction. It's only 25 minutes to the end of the line in Mountain View and there are many diverse restaurants, some relatively inexpensive, on and around Castro Street. -- Ned Deily nad@acm.org -- []
