Greetings I've just finished heavily updating the draft schedule and speaker status spreadsheet. Schedule: * is full (although we have a day or so to decide to bump talks out if we want) * has something close to the correct structure, I think. * needs work to fine-tune the placement of talks (suggestions appreciated) Status document: * listing all speakers I've also: * Uploaded all the talk information I have into the pyconza site database so it's ready for populating the schedule on the site. * Chased all the speakers who haven't uploaded talks yet. I see 4 talks proposals from SKA and 2 SKA slots. I think keeping it to 2 is the correct number, but we do need to decide on which two. Based on the abstracts, I'd vote for "MeetKAT and Python" as SKA-1, but I don't have a good reason to prefer any of the other proposals as SKA-2. I pinged all the SKA speakers last night and asked them to rework their 4 talks into 2.
