Hi, I'm a new wiki user, and would like to help edit the wiki pages. My account name is JanSheehan. I'm interested in editing various pages as I work my way through the wiki. I am relatively new to Python. I learned my programming skills in my college days, and have spent most of my career as a tech writer. I'd like to help with the documentation on the wiki as I re-enter the development world. Please let me know if you need me to pick pages or sections to edit. Thanks for your help! i just signed up on the wiki as my real name PhilHoward per the stated name format and request editor authorization. i am Skaperen on python-forum.io. my editing intentions are minimal ... cleaning up typos and adding hints as i run into them. i will be looking over the wiki to understand the scope of coverage. other emails i use are phil.d.howard(a)gmail.com and phil(a)stratusrelay.com. thank you.

Unable to use my account to edit the wiki

I would like to put my hat in the ring for the PSF board but am unable to make changes to the wiki. Can my account: paul_hildebrandt(a)yahoo.com have its password reset? I've tried the password reset several times to no luck.

Hi, the link on the page https://wiki.python.org/moin/IntegratingPythonWithOtherLanguages to the project RSPython Is pointing to http://www.omegahat.org/RSPython witch seems to be fraud, I guess http://www.omegahat.net/RSPython/ is the correct page. Kind regards Christian Trenkwalder

Hi, I'm trying to include my Board of Directors Candidacy on the url https://wiki.python.org/moin/PythonSoftwareFoundation/BoardCandidates2017 but I am not able to find the way to edit the Wiki, how can I do it?, do I need any kind of permission? I’m a community organizer from Dominican Republic and a Django developer. My work includes organizing events, meetups and workshops. I have been organizing Python Dominicana User group for the last 4 years. I have also organized the PyCaribbean Conference since 2015. I want to work on the following topics: Improve Python Software Foundation Marketing/Usability strategies:I used to work in a completely unrelated industry. Thanks to the Python community I was able to transition to a software development job. I want to make it easier to get more people like me to move to Python. Improve the reach of our community, in particular in Latin America:We created PyCaribbean to grow the Latin American community using Python. I want to Increase the density of user groups and community events in Latin America. Creation of a User Group and Conference Organizer Manual:To increase the numbers of events we need to make easier for people to create communities and events. I want to work on recording our accumulated knowledge and make it accessible. Grow the next generation of community leaders: The people creating awareness of the language are important and we need more of them. I think we need to create community events to help, recruit and reenergize volunteers. Help expand the Python Ecosystem(Long Term) There are programmers that we are not reaching (Ex.
