The current python homepage still makes it look like the UK Trademark issue is current, but fortunately it has been resolved: http://pyfound.blogspot.nl/2013/03/python-software-foundation-reaches.html so it would be nice to update the homepage accordingly. I presented the call to action during the Dutch Python Meetup yesterday only to find out through the audience that the issue was resolved :P
