As a result of the discussion at
https://discuss.python.org/t/pypa-as-a-psf-fiscal-sponsoree/4939/, I'm calling for a vote on the following proposal:
> I propose that the Python Packaging Authority become a Fiscal Sponsoree of the Python Software Foundation.
Per PEP 609, a vote is triggered when a PyPA committer (not the proposer) seconds the proposal. Afterwards, this proposal will be put to a vote on this mailing list over a 7 day period. Each PyPA committer (member of this list) can vote once, and can choose one of +1 and -1. If at least two thirds of voters vote +1, then the vote succeeds.
This list currently has 39 members, so we will need 26 votes of +1 to pass.
