It's been 1 week (really 8 days), so I think per PEP 609 the vote is
concluded and passes.
I might have made a procedural mistake however -- I didn't ask another
committer to second the proposal. Is it possible for someone to
retroactively second it, or should I re-enter it for a new vote?
