I glitched the formatting on the previous forward, so here it is again.

Hi Sumana & team,

Hi Everyone!
Based on the Doodle Poll https://doodle.com/poll/f5evzq9xiiuvs3bk, we've chosen 3 times to offer the training so that there should be a good option for most of you. You only need to come to one of the times — not all three! The options for training times are:
- Option 1: Wednesday, Dec 30th, 9 – 11 AM ET (2-4pm UK) (in your own
timezone https://www.inyourowntime.zone/2020-12-30_09.00_America.New_York) - Pilot Training
- Option 2: Wednesday, Jan 6, 2 - 4 PM ET (7-9pm UK) (in your own
timezone https://www.inyourowntime.zone/2021-01-06_14.00_America.New_York)
- Option 3: Thursday, Jan 7th, 5 – 7 AM ET (10am -12 pm UK) (in your
own timezone https://www.inyourowntime.zone/2021-01-07_05.00_America.New_York)
Please send an email to pip-ux@pypa.io to confirm which time you'll be joining for so we can have a sense of who to expect.
If you are interested in the training, and not able to attend one of the offered times, please reach out to us at pip-ux@pypa.io and we will talk with you to work something out (e.g. finding a time to chat about specific questions you have, etc).
*Logistics* We will host the training on BigBlueButton:* https://ca.meet.coop/b/sim-zqh-cl9-ier https://ca.meet.coop/b/sim-zqh-cl9-ier*.
If you aren't familiar with BigBlueButton, just let us know. It is an open source, browser based, video conferencing tool, and therefore should not require you to download any software. You can read more about BigBlueButton here: https://docs.bigbluebutton.org/. The instance we are using is provided by Meet.Coop (https://www.meet.coop/).
*Training Agenda*
- Intro to User Centered Design
- What challenges do you have understanding users
- How to understand users and what to do with it
- How to evaluate what we’re making
- (Optional post-training) Extended Discussion/Q+A
We are looking forward to meeting many of you and talking about how to apply User Centered Design to your work!
