[pypy-dev] building pypy on a powerpc running linux

Hi, I know pypy builds on macos X, but has anyone tried (and succeeded) to translate on a powerpc running Linux? The Debian autobuilders have failed to compile it, and I wonder if this is an issue in my package or just that this platform is not supported.
