[pypy-dev] Opencv installation on pypy3 virtual environment

      I have virtual environment :

Python 3.9.16 (7.3.11+dfsg-1~ppa1~ubuntu20.04, Dec 30 2022, 13:49:04)
[PyPy 7.3.11 with GCC 9.4.0] on linux

I am unable to install opencv using pypy3 . Please guide me so that i can
use the pypy3 ,
